Group 1:Thiamine + conventional drugs for heart failure and 100mg thiamine is injected into the muscles every day
Group 2:Conventional drugs for heart failure

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients who had chronic heart failure with NYHA class III or IV; 2. The patient has symptoms and signs of chronic heart failure; 3. LVEF125 pg/mL. 5. Aged over 18 years old; 6. Patients who agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had a history of chronic kidney disease, diabetes, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, acute or chronic infection, chronic liver, pregnancy,cancer,and high alcohol intake were excluded from the the study; 2. Patients combined with severe primary or secondary diseases of other systems; 3. Patients have been using biological agents within 3 months; 4. Patients who are unsuitable for this clinical trial considered by researchers; 5. Patients who with poor compliance were excluded from the study.
