Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged =70 years undergoing elective middle-risk or high-risk non-cardiac surgery; 2. The coronary heart disease was confirmed during preoperative period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Low-risk surgery; 3. Local anesthesia;4.Cardiac surgery; 5. ASA class 5 or above; 6. Combined with other heart diseases (congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, etc.); 7. undergoing more than one operation
