Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for diabetic normal proteinuria group: 1) Diabetic diagnosis criteria; 2) Aged 18 to 75 years; 3) Urinary albumin-creatinine ratio (60 ml / (min 173m); 4) Informed consent. 2. DKD III group inclusion criteria: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus; 2) aged 18 to 75 years; 3) urinary albumin-creatinine ratio twice 30 mg / g-300 mg / g, glomerular filtration rate (> 60 ml / (min. 173 m); 4) with diabetic retinopathy or type 1 diabetes mellitus for more than 10 years; type 2 diabetes mellitus for 5 years Pathological diagnosis was made by upper or renal biopsy, and informed consent. 3. DKD IV group inclusion criteria: 1) meet the diabetes diagnostic criteria; 2) aged 18 to 75 years; 3) urinary albumin creatinine ratio > 300 mg/g twice three times; glomerular filtration rate (> 60 ml / - min - 1.1.73 m - 2); 4) diabetic retinopathy or type 1 diabetes more than 10 years, type 2 diabetes more than 5 years, or The diagnosis was confirmed by renal biopsy and informed consent. Nephropathy incompatible with diabetes group inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 75 years old without diabetes; 2. clearly diagnosed as a variety of kidney diseases and renal vascular diseases; 3. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for diabetic normal proteinuria group, DKD III group and DKD IV group: (1) pregnant or lactating patients; (2) psychiatric patients who can not understand the nature, scope and possible results of the study or can not comply with medical advice; (3) diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmotic syndrome, diabetic lactic acidosis and other acute complications A patient with a disease; (4) Significant abnormal blood and urine patterns, systemic or urinary tract infections, urinary calculi, complicated with other kidney diseases and renal vascular diseases, severe cardio-hepatic insufficiency, connective tissue disease, malignant tumor, stress state, cardiac infarction, angina pectoris, cerebral infarction occurred within the past 6 months; _Nephrotoxic drug-induced diseases were used within 1 month. History showed edema and normal renal function. Refractory hypertension. 2. Exclusion criteria for nephropathy incompatible with diabetes mellitus: (1) pregnant or lactating; (2) psychiatric patients who can not understand the nature, scope and possible results of the study or can not comply with medical advice; (3) severe cardio-hepatic insufficiency, connective tissue disease, malignant tumor, stress state, cardiac infarction, angina pectoris, cerebral infarction within the past six months; (4) A history of nephrotoxic drugs was used within a month.
