18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. BMI<30 kg/m2; 3. ASA I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection of puncture site; 2. dysfunction of blood coagulation; 3. Anaphylaxis of local anesthetic; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 5. Hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6. mental sickness; 7. Those who need lung isolation intraoperatively; 8. The operation time is expected to be more than 120mn; 9. Those who predicted high risk with reflux and aspiration.
