18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obtained the informed consent from patient voluntarily; aged =18 years and =65 years; ASA class I and II; planning of doule-lumen tube based one lung ventilation; good preoperative lung fuction,FEV1%>70%, FEV1/FVC%>75%; BMI 18.5 kg/m2 to 23.9kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with lung dysfunction such as empyema, bronchiectasis,COPD, asthma, etc; CT or chest radiographs suggest intrapulmonary inflammation, consolidation, pleural effusion and other intrapulmonary lesions; severe heart disease or cardiac insufficiency; patients with one-sided total lung resection.
