Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age is between 37-41 week and day age is between 0-10 day after birth; 2. Jaundice appears 24h after birth and total bilirubin is above 102µmol/L; 3. Serum total bilirubin has been above the phototherapy standard for the patients on the according day age and risk factor; 4. Serum direct bilirubin is above 25µmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital biliary tract malformation; 2. Patients with hyperbilirubinic encephalopathy accompanied with central nervous symptom; 3. Patients with neonatal asphyxia ( Apgar grade <7 score/min); 4. Patients infected by cytomegalovirus; 5. Patients with severe malformation or chromosomal abnormality.
