Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18-55 years; type 2 diabetes patients, fasting blood glucose between 7.0-16.7mmol/L, duration of less than 5 years; baseline HbA1c 5.7% -10%; baseline body mass index (BMI) between 24-40 kg/m2 (including 24 kg/m2 and 40 kg/m2); no hypoglycemic agents have been used in the last month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women; Have taken antibiotics in the past 1 month; have taken lactic acid-containing foods (such as yogurt) in the past 1 week; Type 1 diabetes, or diabetes caused by pancreatic injury, or secondary diabetes, such as Cushing syndrome or acromegaly; Patients with the following history: history of hyperuricemia; history of liver disease (except fatty liver) such as cirrhosis, hepatitis B or hepatitis C (except carriers); or alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) exceeded The upper limit of the normal range (ULN) is 3 times, or the total bilirubin is more than 2 times the ULN; Renal disease or clinical diagnosis of renal insufficiency, male serum creatinine = 1.5mg / dl (132µmol / l), female serum creatinine = 1.4mg / dl (123µmol / l); Congestive heart failure requiring medication; history of acute or chronic pancreatitis; severe chronic infection (such as tuberculosis); advanced stage of malignant tumor and extensive metastatic cancer; malnutrition, alcoholism, anorexia nervosa, susceptibility to starvation; epilepsy, spirit Schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease; AIDS; Have gastrointestinal surgery, inflammatory bowel disease (including ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease), irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal bleeding, chronic diarrhea within 5 years.
