NIVATS group:Paravertebral nerve block + laryngeal mask general anesthesia + spontaneous breathing
GAVATS group:General anesthesia with double-lumen tube and single-lung ventilation as routine

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II, age 18 to 70 years old; 2. Elective thoracoscopic lung resection (wedge cutting, segment cutting, leaf cutting); 3. Male or female, postoperative hospitalization for at least 3 days; 4. Pulmonary function tests are generally normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway risk, Mallampati score = 3; 2. Obesity, body mass index BMI>28kg/m2; 3. Hemodynamic instability; 4. Coagulopathy, INR>1.5; 5. Respiratory infection, persistent cough, lung prurulent secretions, risk of reflux; 6. With neurological diseases; 7. Extensive pleural adhesions or history of chest surgery; 8. Poor lung function before surgery, hypoxemia PaO2 50mmHg; 9. Absolute indication for lung isolation; 10. Contraindications for regional block or local anesthesia; 11. Expected prolonged surgery,great surgical trauma,expected to open thoracotomy,poor team work; 12. Patients are reluctant to non-tracheal intubation anesthesia.
