Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. maternal and family members signed informed consent and participated voluntarily; 2. natural childbirth shall be accompanied by one-to-one guide nurses in addition to the midwife, caesarean section shall be operated with one-to-one neonatal management nurses in addition to instruments and itinerant nurses; 3. with gestational age of 35-41 weeks, the birth weight greater than or equal to 2,500g, and Apgar score greater than or equal to 8 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women with preplacental placenta, placental abruption or complicated with severe preeclampsia, heart disease and other critical conditions need immediate treatment and rescue; 2. the use of doxylamine, anisodamine or cesarean section during labor, general anesthesia with tracheal intubation and intravenous general anesthesia, fails to make early contact and sucking communication in the normal waking state of the mother; 3. premature delivery, asphyxia, malformation, infection and other neonates require immediate resuscitation and immediate delivery to the NICU; 4. patients with contraindications to breastfeeding.
