11 Years to 73 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From Jan. 1, 2015.1.1 to Sept. 30, 2017,the patients treated by olecranon osteotomy and combined medial-lateral approach; 2. Diagnosed to distal humeral type C fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pathologic fractures; 2. functional loss due to other diseases; 3. lack of radiography data; 5. lack of follow-up time; 6. patients rejection.
