50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 50 to 75 years old, women require menopause for more than 1 year; 2. lumbar vertebrae 1-4 vertebral body bone mineral density mean, femoral neck or total hip bone density value of any one of the parts decreased by more than 1 standard deviation; 3. Volunteer test and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. female natural menopause less than 1 year; 2. fractures have not yet healed; 3. combined with severe knee and hip osteoarthritis; 4. combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, hematopoietic and neuropsychiatric systems; 5. combined with hyperparathyroidism, osteomalacia, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple myeloma and other secondary osteoporosis; 6. patients who received hormone replacement or calcitonin treatment in the past 3 months, or who received bisphosphonate treatment for 15 consecutive days or more in the past 6 months.
