Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced and middle stage tumors receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 2. In less than half a year, weight loss is greater than 10% or 5% within 3 months; BMI <18.5 (BMI; Aged 21 to 70 years old); Not be able to eat for at least 7 days or at least 10 days without treatment, or not be able to reach 60% of the caloric needs; Diagnosed as malnourished or dystrophic; Notice: patients can be included if they meet any of the conditions. 3. Feeding by mouth; 4. Expected survival time greater than 3 months; 5. Physical condition: KPS score is greater than or equal to 60; 6. Good compliance, sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe acute intestinal obstruction; 2. Serious poisoning vomiting or diarrhea; 3. Irreversible grade 3/4 marrow suppression; 4. Diabetes beyond the control of drugs; 5. Undergoing enteral nutrition; 6. Abundant chest fluid and/or severe edema; 7. Patients has poor cognitive ability to answer questions or fill in questionnaires; 8. A patient whose condition is judged by the physician to be inadmissible.
