18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18-50 years old; 2) Twin pregnancy; 3) Fetal survival at 11-13 weeks of pregnancy; 4) Understand and sign informed consent, willing to provide detailed medical history information

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Failure to sign consent, cognitive or intellectual disability, inability to understand and write Chinese; 2) singleton pregnancy or triplet and above pregnancy; 3) no fetal heartbeat at NT screening (abortion) )
