18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years old; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Fetal survival at 11-13 weeks of gestation; 4. Understand and sign the Chinese or English consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can't sign a consent form, cognitive or intellectual disability, and cannot understand and write Chinese or English; 2. Multiple pregnancy; 3. There is no fetal heartbeat during the 11-13 weeks of pregnancy screening (missed abortion).
