Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 5-30 years old, cyanosis congenital heart disease patient, who is to be treated by surgery, voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent (the minor is signed by the guardian); The general condition is subject to complete examination, treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of other serious eye diseases (uveitis, iris redness, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, retinitis pigmentosa, severe refractive interstitial opacity, etc.); 2. have received eye operations such as cataract and glaucoma; 3. Systemic diseases such as autoimmune diseases, diabetes, etc.
