Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with hepatic hemangioma; 2. imaging evaluation found that single or multiple tumors, clear clinical symptoms or rapid increase in tumor diameter in asymptomatic patients (average annual increase of >=2 cm); 3. aged 18 to 65 years; 4. preoperative Child-Pugh score <=7 points; 5. eligible to be treated by both laparoscopic resection and open resection; 6. normal cardio-pulmonary function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of upper abdomen surgeries; 2. previous treatment of hepatic hemangioma; 3. abscence of informed consent file; 4. patient with infectious disease.
