Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 years or older; 2) diagnosed with primary lung cancer; 3) Normal group: health normal people.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Metastatic lung cancer; 2) The patient has a mental illness; 3) Unable to answer questions due to illness.
