18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 to 75 years old with a family history of hypertension; 2) patients with essential hypertension; 3) New high blood pressure or high blood pressure has been diagnosed but no antihypertensive drugs have been taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) secondary hypertension; 2) Hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes; 3) Hypertensive patients who are taking or have taken antihypertensive drugs; 4) Hypertensive patients with malignant arrhythmia, moderate to severe valvular disease and congenital heart disease; 5) Hypertensive patients with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; 6) Hypertensive patients with tumor, liver and kidney dysfunction; 7) Hypertensive patients with heart failure; 8) Hypertensive patients with various cardiomyopathy; 9) smokers; 10) Patients who do not cooperate with follow-up and informed consent.
