18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Herpes zoster rash healing, pain duration between 1 to 6 months; 2. VAS score = 7 points and no history of interventional surgery; 3. oral drug analgesic effect is not good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient refused or puncture site infection; 2. severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3. diabetic patients with poor glycemic control; 4. patients who were allergic to the drugs used in this study or were not suitable for nerve block.
