Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were qualified for inclusion when they met the following criterias: fulfill the American College of Rheumatology classification criteria for gout; suffer from severe chronic wounds associated with tophaceous gout; with chronic wounds lasted for at least 1 months; aged 18 years and older; approve the treatment of NPWTi or CWC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: refuse to receive the treatment of NPWTi or CWC
