Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The Glasgow coma scale (GCS) was no more than 8 points for the first neurosurgical coma diagnosed in our hospital within 12 hours of illness; 2. Age is 18~80 years old; 3. The expected survival time after the disease is more than 28 days; 4. The length of stay is 28 days or more; 5. Family members agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of obvious diseases of organs and endocrine system; 2. Combined with severe multiple injuries except craniocerebral; 3. Malignant tumorsheart,lung,liver and kidney dysfunction,endocrine and metabolic diseases,blood system diseases, peptic ulcer; 4. Not suitable for enteral nutrition for allergic substances in nutrient solution; 5.Have participated in other clinical trials or are participating in other clinical trials within 30 days prior to the date of informed consent.
