Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mild, moderate and severe AD patients into the group standard: (1) Sign the informed consent form; (2) Age 50 to 90 years old at screening, male and female; (3) Diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease for at least 6 months according to the NIA-AA criteria; (4) Concise intelligent state check (MMSE) evaluation during screening: mild AD: 15 = illiterate <18, 18 = primary school < 21, 21 = middle school or above <25; moderate AD: 6 = illiterate <15, 8 = Primary school <18, 10 = middle school or above <20; severe AD: 2 = illiterate <6, 2 = primary school <8, 2 = middle school or above <10 (5) Hachinski ischemic index score <4; (6) MRI scans within 12 months or at screening, supporting AD diagnosis; (7) Subjects are allowed to receive cognitive therapy; stable caregivers can provide subject information; (8) Ability to accept language or action guidance to complete intelligent movements. 2. MCI (pointing to AD) entry criteria (2011 NIA-AA standard): (1) signing an informed consent form; (2) Aged 50 to 90 years old male and female; (3) Subjective and objective examinations have cognitive impairment, cognitive impairment is greater than 6 months; Concise Intelligent State Examination (MMSE): illiterate: 18-21, primary school: 21-25, secondary or above: 25-28 Through a set of neuropsychological tests and MoCA to determine the type of cognitive impairment as a single-field amnestic mild cognitive impairment; daily life and social function is normal; Hachinski ischemic index <4 points; (4) Evidence of cognitive function changes (such as past history or evidence of cognitive decline observed over time) provided by the patient or insider or clinician; (5) Objective evidence of one or more impairments in the cognitive domain, usually including memory (such as formal or bedside tests to determine cognitive function levels in multiple areas); (6) Have basic independent living ability; (7) Failure to meet the standard of dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Poor cardiopulmonary function or serious physical illness, unable to complete the amount of exercise of the intelligent sports blanket; (2) The audio-visual function is poor and cannot be guided by motion; (3) Dementia caused by other reasons; (4) Lack of stable care/information; (5) vitamin B12 deficiency, syphilis serological test positive or thyroid dysfunction; (6) History of mental illness such as schizophrenia or affective disorder.
