18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 18 to 70 year olds,adequate oral hygiene,absence of obvious systemic diseases; 2. Natural teeth adjacent to the implant site exist healthily; 3. Patients with stable occlusion and basically normal overbite and overjet; 4. Healthy soft tissue without acute inflammation; 5. Patients ensure that they will come back on time and sign informed consent; 6. Root fracture teeth,untreatable caries ,residual root and periodontitis teeth that cannot be retained; 7. Labial alveolar bone wall defect,I-III class bone qualities; 8. The patients agree with immediate implant placement and immediate restoration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Periodontitis that haven't been well controlled;Smoking habit (more than 10 cigarettes/day);bruxism or clenching habit; 2. Patients with severe bone defect that need bone augmentation before implant placement; 3. Acute inflammation in affected teeth and soft tissue.
