18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis of selected period; 2. ASA score I to III; 3. Age >18 years old; 4. BMI is 19kg/m2-35kg/m2; 5. The patient is informed and agrees with the partner.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sinus bradycardia or II degree atrioventricular block; 2. Before the operation, the drug was used for the adrenalin receptor agonist. 3. Language communication barriers; 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Intestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis, crohn's disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
