Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with laryngeal cancer are first-diagnosed, which is pathologically confirmed as squamous cell carcinoma; 2. The clinical type was glottic cancer and the tumor stage was between Tis and T2N0M0; 3. The general condition of patients can be tolerated by the treatment and general anesthesia. No surgical contraindications were found; 4. Patients are volunteered to participate in the project and sign up the informed consent (approved by the hospital ethics committee).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous laryngeal surgery; 2. Patients who refuse to accept the treatments; 3. Patients with poor general condition can't tolerate the surgery and general anesthesia; 4. Patients with limited mouth opening, inability to recline or severe cervical spondylosis.
