Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) pathology confirmed the recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radical radiotherapy; (2) patients with residual nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radical radiotherapy; (3) radiotherapy is not sensitive to nasopharyngeal malignant tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with distant metastasis. 3. Halfway for any reason to decide to quit. 4. Refusing to accept surgical treatment; 5. patients who are unable to tolerate treatment because of poor overall condition.
