Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients underwent orthotopic liver transplantation; 2. Over the age of 18 years; 3. Known FMO3 rs2266782 genotype; 4. Be able to give informed consent; 5. Han nationality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Living donors.
