18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with type A or B hemophilia; 2.18 years or older; 3.Had radiographic and clinical evidence of HKA; 4.No previous intra-articular injections or surgeries in the target knee; 5.Able to understand and agree with the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Positive for coagulation factor inhibitors; 2.Presence of inflammatory disease or condition that would affect the joint; 3.Platelet count < 100 x 10^9/L; 4.History of gouty arthropathy or rheumatoid arthritis; 5.Treatment with systemic steroids; 6.Use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within five days before blood collection for PRP.
