Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. conforms to the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome of white blood and heat syndrome and psoriasis vulgaris in western medicine; 2. age ranged from 18 to 70 years; 3. 0-20 years disease course; 4. signed the patient's informed consent and agreed to participate in clinical observation and follow up with regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. joint type, pustular type, erythroderma psoriasis; 2. pregnancy, preparation for pregnancy or lactation; 3. 15 days used systemic therapy, including corticosteroid hormones, immunosuppressive agents, retinoic acid drugs, biological agents, etc.; 4. used topical drugs related to this disease within 7 days; 5. associated with severe primary and mental disorders such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
