18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~75 years; 2. Pathological or histologically diagnosed as advanced (IIIB; Stage IV) lung cancer patients; 3. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0-2; 4. Survival expectation= 3 months; 5. Patients with indications for treatment and no contraindications to chemotherapy; 6. The main organ function is generally normal, or can be tolerated by apatinib according to the judgment of the clinician; 7. Researchers believe that treatment has survival benefits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to apatinib mesylate tablets and/or their excipients; 2. Pregnant or lactating females; 3. Patients with contraindications to apatinib; 4. Researchers believe that it is not suitable for inclusion.
