Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 - 80 years old; 2. the diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria revised by the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular diseases; 3. indications for intravenous thrombolysis in accordance with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China 2014; 4. no serious disability, modified Rankin scale(mRS)= 2; 5. patients or their families sign the informed consent form to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications for intravenous thrombolysis stipulated in the "guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China 2014"; 2. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumors; 3. Patients with contraindications for brain MRI examination, including cardiac pacemaker, after cerebral artery occlusion, claustrophobia, etc.
