Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class I to II, expected operating time 2 h~4 h; Preoperative line 1 d simple spiritual intelligence rating scale and scored 24 points or more, and extract the patient's blood check NSE, IL - 6, IL - 1 beta, TNF - ?, according to beta values within the normal range, the patient himself informed and signed the informed consent signed or their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of heart surgery; Hypertensive patients; Have neurological and psychiatric disorders; Long-term use of large amounts of sedatives or antidepressants; Weight fluctuation range over standard body weight: + or - 20%; A history of alcoholism, drug abuse or drug dependence; Severe hearing, visual impairment, or motor abnormalities; Local anesthetic allergy; Abnormal liver and kidney function; Abnormal coagulation function; Failure in preoperative testing, inability to communicate, and failure to complete postoperative follow up; A patient's blood check NSE, IL - 6, IL - 1 beta, TNF - ?, according to beta is not in the normal range.
