intervention group:After induction, Intravenous drip of ketamine 0.5 mg/kg was given
control group :After induction, intravenous drip of equal volume of normal saline was given

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years old; 2. Patients with normal communication and expression ability; 3. Patients were selective undergo thoracoscopic lobectomy; 4. Patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. participants without sufficient cognitive function and language skills or with abnormal MMSE scores before surgery or had a history of POCD or mental illness; 2. participants with major organ system disease, uncontrolled hypertension diabetes, coronary heart disease; 3. participants with hypersensitivity to the study medications; 4. participants with analgesic drug is being used or had a history of drug abuse; 5. Patients had history of long term sedatives, antidepressants, anti-inflammatory drugs or immunomodulatory agents taking before operation; 6. participants enrolled in other clinical trials were also excluded.
