Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patient aged older than 18 years; 2) peripheral GGO lesions are found in patients' chest CT ,and are pathologically confirmed as non-small cell lung cancer, and preoperative evaluation is completed (chest enhanced CT pet-ct and/or other examinations); 3) thin-layer CT(5mm thick) of the patient suggeste peripheral GGO lesions (8mm< lesion diameter 5cm), with 25% of the glassy components in the lesions; 4) after multi-disciplinary evaluation, the patient is not suitable for surgical treatment, and agree to initially receive CT-guided transthoracic MWA or SBRT treatment; 5) patients have good compliance with the examination and follow-up, understand the situation of this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) the general condition of the patient is extremely poor, unable to tolerate partial treatment through chest wall or have contraindications; 2) the patient has received other treatment for GGO lesions before, or have regional lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 3) poor compliance; 4)participants who have other situations which are considered inappropriate for in this study.
