Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People aged 18-60 years old and have live in Shenzhen for more than half a year; 2. Central obesitywaist circumstance: male =90 cm and female =85cm; 3. Deficient in lutein intake (dietary lutein intake<10mg/d); 4. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. it is using insulin or insulin sensitizers in 1 month; 2. it is using lutein supplementation or other related health care products within 2 months; 3. Those who have had a special diet or meal replacement for nearly 2 weeks; 4. Secondary obese patients; 5. It is combined with cardiovascular, cerebral, renal or peripheral vascular lesions and it has clinical manifestations; 6. Patients with hepatorenal dysfunction (creatinine > 1.2 times the upper normal limit of creatinine, aspartate aminotransferase > 1 times the upper normal limit); 7. Patients with hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors or other endocrine diseases, or receiving hormone therapy; 8. Regular use of drugs affecting blood lipid; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. It has history of gastrointestinal surgical operation.
