Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) normal control group (n = 50), selected age matched with patients with cerebellar small vessel disease volunteers without previous nervous system and traumatic diseases; (2) patients with hypertension (n = 50), confirmed by cardiovascular and neurologists (phase I), blood pressure control is stable and no cerebrovascular accident; (3) hypertension (n = 50), through heart and blood. Tube and neurologists diagnosed (stage II), and no cerebrovascular accidents; (4) Hypertension and / or no cerebrovascular accidents (n = 50), diagnosed as hypertension (stage III), after treatment stable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are metal implants and claustrophobia in the body; 2. The image quality is unsatisfactory and quantitative analysis can not be completed; 3. There are patients with massive cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor, inflammatory demyelinating disease and other nervous system diseases.
