Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women were the first single pregnancy, and excluded heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other organ diseases, tumors. The pregnant women included in the study informed the purpose of the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude thyroid, pancreatitis, cholecystitis and other medical history. No family history of diabetes, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism was found, and the fasting blood glucose (FPG) in early pregnancy was less than 5.6 mmol/L. No hormones or other drugs affecting glucose metabolism were used during pregnancy
