Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the GOLD2017 diagnostic criteria for COPD.(a ratio of postbronchodilator forced expiratory volume in1 second [FEV1] to forced vital capacity of <70%; 2. Patients aged 40 years and more; 3. Patients were studied when clinically stable for at least 4 weeks following an exacerbation; no change in any therapy; no received systemic glucocorticoids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with asthma, tuberculosis, lung cancer, Bronchiectasis and other severe respiratory diseases; 2. Combined with heart failure, long QT syndrome and arrhythmia; 3. Combined with severe digestive system diseases such as ulcer, hepatitis; 4. Combined with other serious diseases such as: nerve, endocrine, blood system diseases and kidney disease, rheumatism and malignant tumor; 5. Allergy to Azithromycin or other severe adverse reactions, and patients can not cooperate with the researchers.
