18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese men aged 18 to 45 years; 2. BMI 18.5 to 22.9 kg/m2; 3. Blood pressure < 120/80 mmHg; 4. Low propotion of e-sports in screen-based sedenatry behavior.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not return a written informed consent; 2. Chronic tobacco smoking and alcohol drinking; 3. With cardio-vascular disease, diabetes, and medical history.
