Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 20 and 70 years old; 2. Consistent with the diagnosis of obesity associated hypertension (BP = 140/90mmhg;BMI of 28Kg/m2 and/or waist circumference of 90/85cm (male/female); 3. Consistent with TCM syndrome of hyperactivity of liver fire or Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity; 4. One of the following metabolic disorders (fasting glucose 5.6-6.9 mmol/L;2 hours postprandial blood glucose 7.8-11.0mmol/L;Increased serum lipid level margins: TC 4.9-6.19mmol/L, and/or ldl-c 3.0-4.12mmol/L, and/or TG 1.7-2.25mmol/L, and/or hsl-c 420umol/L in men, >320umol/L in women); 5. Voluntarily participate in the test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Definitely diagnosed diabetes 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Severe life-threatening diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, stroke, cardiac insufficiency grade IV; 5. There is a contraindications to use two hydrogen pyridine class calcium ion antagonist and angiotensin ? blockers 6. Patients with a history of mental illness or a legal disability; 7. Currently participate in clinical trials of other drugs
