18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical patients with invasive arterial pressure monitoring according to the needs of the disease; 2. age between 18 and 70 years; 3. ASA I and II; 4. Supine position; 5. The patient agrees to participate in the trial and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's condition is unstable; 2. Patients with severe heart disease or arrhythmia; 3. Patients using extracorporeal circulation machine or defibrillators; 4. Patients with vascular disease (such as severe atherosclerosis, hemangioma, vascular malformation, peripheral vascular obstruction); 5. BMI=17 or =30; 6. Pregnant woman; 7. The site of artery puncture with infection, trauma, and lack of radial artery pulsation or Allen test positie; 8. Surgical patients with pneumoperitoneum; 9. Other diseases that are considered inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
