45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Han Chinese; 2. MCI stage, MMSE score 24 to 27 and MoCA score < 26; 3. using donepezil (2.5-10mg daily).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not Alzheimer's disease; 2. using other drus metabolized by CYP2D6; 3. With other severe heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases.
