Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with locally advanced esophageal cancer by pathology and imaging and planned to radiotherapy; Age from 18 to 79 years male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received radiotherapy and chemotherapy within half a year; 2. Allergic constitution; 3. Unable to cooperate with examination; 4. Patients with severe basic diseases.
