Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diabetes diagnosis accords with WHO2017 diagnostic criteria; 2. Satisfy any 1 item or 2 item: (1) acute onset, high glucose syndrome (thirst, polydipsia, polyuria, rapid weight loss, etc.) prominent, blood or urine ketone body, some patients show dehydration, circulatory failure or coma, such as ketoacidosis symptoms, insulin-related antibodies positive or negative; (2) absolute insulin dependence. 3. Definitely diagnosed as diabetes for no more than 6 months and no complications such as diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, etc.; 4. willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic diseases (heart, liver, kidney, lung and other diseases, severe infections, psychosis, connective tissue diseases, etc.); 2. Three months or in the process of receiving or likely requiring treatment with glucocorticoid immunosuppressive agents/immunomodulators or other drugs affecting glucose metabolism and immune function; 3. pregnant women, pregnant women and lactating women; 4. patients who are not able to comply with the requirements, such as a non cooperative attitude or not, can not follow up; 5. HIV positive, clinically important hematological diseases, history of malignancy; 6. Use of recreational or prohibited drugs or a recent history of drug abuse or alcohol consumption (within one year).
