Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 75 years old; 2. Total knee arthrodesis was performed; 3. Willing to take antiswelling and analgesic mixture with the later detection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system serious primary diseases and mental patients; 2. With a history of chronic bleeding; 3. With arteriovenous thrombosis before and after operation; 4. Failing to take prescribed medicine can not determine the curative effect; 5. detumescence and analgesic acid mechanism medicines were used during the treatment.
