Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) sign informed consent; (2) Patients diagnosed as Sepsis according to the standard of Sepsis 3.0; (3) =18 years old; (4) the estimated time for ICU treatment =48h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of dialysis treatment within two weeks before ICU treatment; (2) Used vasopressor within 24 hours; (3) pregnant women; (4) patients with AKI; (5) patients with septic shock.
