Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years male and female; 2. Patients diagnosed with deep corneal ulcer, including corneal perforation, post-elastic layer bulging, etc.; 3. The patient agrees to participate in the test, cooperate with treatment and follow-up, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Superficial corneal ulcer, which does not endanger patients with rupture and perforation of eyeball; 2. Severe allergic constitution; 3. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 4. Serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases;Such as cardiac insufficiency ? magnitude (including ? level), hepatic function (ALT, AST) more than 2 times higher than normal ceiling, creatinine (Cr) exceeds the upper limit of normal); More than 5, hypertension II period (including II period, 160-179 or 100-109 mmHg for hypertension II); 6. Severe diabetes (fasting blood glucose is still greater than 8mmol/L after taking blood glucose control measures); 7. Hypoproteinemia; 8. Suffering from mental illness; 9. The investigator considers it inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
