Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the standard of TCM syndrome diagnosis;In line with western medical diagnostic criteria: patients aged >55 years old: physical examination and imaging compliance; The degree of ischial vertebral compression less than 75%; The posterior segment of the vertebral body is intact; Patients who can tolerate anesthesia and surgery; agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with compression fracture caused by other diseases such as anaphysis tumor and bone tuberculosis; The compression degree of m vertebra was greater than 75%. Bone fracture fragments entered the spinal cord; Patients with obvious abnormal curative coagulation mechanism; Patients with severe basic diseases, such as severe heart and lung diseases, renal failure, and cerebrovascular accidents; Patients with diabetes or systemic infection; Patients who did not meet inclusion criteria; Where the drug is stopped automatically midway and due to side effects.
