Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with aortic root aneurysm, with or without aortic egurgitation; 3. Has the indication of VSRR surgery; 4. To be able to understand and stick to the rules and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With significant aortic valve disease, e.g. calcification, perforation; 2. With acute myocardial infarction, or acute cerebral accident; 3.With significant liver or kidney dysfunction; 4. Women in pregnancy, suckling period, or pregnancy preparation period; 5. Allergic to contrast agent; 6. With cardiomyopathy or rheumatic heart disease; 7. With ative infection or sepsis; 8. Emergency operation or reoperation; 9. life expectancy < 1 year; 10. Patient (or legal guardian)unable or unwilling to provide written, informed consent before study enrollment.
