Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. over 60 years old 2. The following indications exist: (1) Unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding; (2) Unexplained iron deficiency anemia; (3) Suspected Crohn's disease or monitoring and guiding the treatment of Crohn's disease; (4) Suspected small bowel tumor; (5) Monitoring the development of intestinal polyposis syndrome; (6) Suspected or uncontrollable malabsorption syndrome (eg celiac disease, etc.); (7) Detection of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs associated with intestinal mucosal damage; (8) Clinical need to rule out small bowel disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude the following contraindications: 1. Absolute contraindications: No surgery or refusal to accept any abdominal surgery (Once the capsule is retained, it will not be removed by surgery); 2. Relative contraindication: (1) Knew or suspect gastrointestinal stenosis and fistula; (2) Cardiac pacemaker or other electronic instrument implanter; (3) Dysphagia; (4) Pregnant.
